Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prestigious clients in PE/RE.
- Manage a team of 4 and support them in corporate governance matters including attending and preparing minutes for board meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with AML and KYC procedures is in line with company’s high standards.
- Assist clients and the Funds team with transactions and new products.
Key requirements:
- Hold a law degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 year’s of experience in fund administration and company secretarial working with AIFs.
- Fluent in English.
- Fast learner with great communication skills.
