Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Nordic Head of Business Operations to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Nordic Head of Business Operations, you will report directly to the Nordic Leadership Team and will be responsible for building up a Nordic staffing governance model and managing all Nordic resource management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Nordic staffing governance model
  • Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of Nordic resource management processes
  • Assign the right resources to the right projects at the right time for successful project delivery
  • Monitor project activities and corresponding resource needs on a day-to-day basis
  • Plan capacity to ensure resources have the capacity to work on upcoming projects and pipeline
  • Collaborate with Nordic HR Lead and NLT for staff and partner training, hiring new staff, and strategic workforce planning
  • Manage Nordic consultants' workload and utilization
  • Reallocate resources when required for successful project delivery or consultants' well-being and professional development plan
  • Manage resource conflicts to ensure the best outcome between client, firm, and consultant(s)
  • Plan resourcing according to current and upcoming Nordic projects and business development activities, and inform the NLT of any issues related to inability to meet clients' needs due to resourcing
  • Support the commercial transformation of the partner group


Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, or operations management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken
