We have a high market share in chilled chicken importing and setup a strong sales network in Hong Kong. In order to expand our business further into the food industry, we are looking for high caliber talent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the retail shops & Supermarket Counter to maximize sales, productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
Process purchase order, and order replenishment
Maintain in-store promotion, layout and product display
Analyze weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue and P&L reports, to ensure the adherence to budgets, business plans and targets
To manage, train, motivate and mentor frontline with expectations of their respective plans
Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
Gather market intelligence in the area of price comparison and product evaluation
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with relevant 1 year experience preferably in food / retail industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-minded, sensitive to figures, good analytical skill with strong market sense and awareness
Good in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
