In a typical day as Field Marketing Manager you:

• Are responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions (Examples: HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform, HPE GreenLake Services, HPE ProLiant, HPE Alletra)
• Define field marketing plan in Switzerland and own end-to-end execution
• Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns in Switzerland (end-to-end responsibility)
• Manage the budget to drive the field marketing activities in Switzerland
• Own the project management of specific Customer F2F and virtual events in Switzerland
• Report and analyze ROI of marketing activities
• Align and engage with global and Central Europe Marketing team
• Align and cooperate with German and Austrian Marketing Team to leverage German-language-based marketing activities
• Work with Ecosystem partners (like ISVs) from a marketing perspective

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

• BA or BS in Marketing or related field
• First marketing experience, including campaign management, segment marketing, event management
• Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus
• Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools
• Knowledge of offering, segment, digital, partner and account- based marketing
• Knowledge of advertising/ direct marketing/research vendor practices and procedures
• Ideally understanding of the IT industry, offering categories and company offerings/strategy
• Analytical, project and budget management skills
• Excellent written/oral communications in German and English language, French is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
• Creative self-starter
