Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be a vital member of our sales team, responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and dedication to customer service will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their real estate investments.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting offers, counteroffers, and related documents.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Utilize CRM software and tools to manage leads, client interactions, and transactions effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and online marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Language : ( Russian and English)
- Valid Driving License.
