Sales
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Keep track of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, using CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information, sales materials, and documentation
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote and sell technical products or services
