We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Mildura based maintenance team.
Reporting to the Packaging Maintenance Manager this position plays a key role in ensuring AVL products are packaged to the highest possible standard.
Your primary duties will include:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of site plant and equipment
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Sound diagnostic skills
- Driving continuous improvement on performance, efficiency and safety
- Implement preventative maintenance programs
The successful applicant must have a can-do attitude, possess good communication skills and have a strong commitment to safety. Given the nature of the operation, overtime and shift work will be required.
Previous maintenance experience in a packaging/production or winery facility will be highly regarded. Relevant trade qualifications are preferred. Apprentices welcome to apply.
