Graduate Program Position – Supply Chain Analyst

If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!
The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in September 2023, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.
We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited, and then relocate for your first international placement in the Netherlands for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in the UK. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings.
As Supply Chain Analyst, you will be working with projects to develop our Supply Chain, such as developing our European Distribution structure, optimizing last mile delivery and inventory management in our Sales companies, developing in- and outbound logistics and demand driven material requirements planning (DDMRP) in our factories. You will get a lot of opportunities to use and further develop your Supply Chain skills.
During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
