We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative HR Administrator to join our team with outstanding administrative and communication skills and experience. An HR Administrator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment. Duties and responsibilities
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Performs other duties as assigned by Head HR.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦75,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
