We have a client from Mainland China who would like to set up a content moderation team for their upcoming application, Bondee. They are looking for 24/7 support, and they are looking for Thai and English-speaking professionals for this job.

Responsibilities:
- audit team quality inspection
- analyzing and addressing audit case issues, assisting supervisors on audit standard improvement and optimizing quality inspection process
- Analyzing quality inspection data and generating reports
- Implement improvement measures to help the review team
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or above, liberal arts degrees have priority
- Good writing skills and analysis ability, report generating
- related experience of audit work is preferred
- sense of political sensitive contents and news enthusiasts
- Familiar with graphic contents, especially video auditing
- Quality inspection or team management experience is preferred
- skill user of office software, report generators, data information summary
- Fluent in English/Thaieviewing sensitive advertisements' content about Pornography, Nudity, Violence, Human Trafficking, Bullying, Drugs, Alcohol, Gore, etc.
Job Details:
Job Title: Content moderator quality assurance

Work Location: Office-based (after initial training)
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts
Shift Duration: 9 hours per shift
Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational days off (no set holidays)
Please note that this job requires working rotating shifts to ensure coverage throughout the day. After the initial remote training period, the role will be office-based in Bangkok, Thailand.
