A. PRIMARY Purpose ( Why does this job exists )

This role is responsible for supporting the regional leadership program annual deploy plan, leading the internal promotion channel to drive the learning culture, provide on-site training logistic support, regular update training dashboard for reporting purpose.

B. primary DUTIES:

Training Support

  • Provide logistic support and event management for the on-site training
  • Provide live support if it is virtual learning solutions

Learning Score Card

  • Update training record, feedback & report
  • Create or update learning dashboard for Sales, Service and Project Delivering
  • Provide assistant support for internal procurement process

Marketing & Communicatio n

  • SharePoint update
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Event Communication

C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal and influencing skills both vertically and horizontally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fast leaner of new technology/solutions

Education: Master or Bachelor in HR/OD/Psychology/English
