A. PRIMARY Purpose ( Why does this job exists )
This role is responsible for supporting the regional leadership program annual deploy plan, leading the internal promotion channel to drive the learning culture, provide on-site training logistic support, regular update training dashboard for reporting purpose.
B. primary DUTIES:
Training Support
- Provide logistic support and event management for the on-site training
- Provide live support if it is virtual learning solutions
Learning Score Card
- Update training record, feedback & report
- Create or update learning dashboard for Sales, Service and Project Delivering
- Provide assistant support for internal procurement process
Marketing & Communicatio n
- SharePoint update
- Monthly Newsletter
- Event Communication
C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and influencing skills both vertically and horizontally
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fast leaner of new technology/solutions
Education: Master or Bachelor in HR/OD/Psychology/English
